Everything you need to know about delivery, returns and exchanges

Delivery
We ship worldwide directly to you. All taxes and duties are included in your order. Shipping costs may vary depending on your location. If you can't find your destination at checkout, or if we don't currently ship to your area, please reach out to us.
- Premium shipping: 5–10 days
- Express shipping: 10–15 days
Orders over €399 or $449 USD receive free premium shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can follow your package's journey directly from the shipping carrier's website.
Made to Order
All our products are made to order, which means production only begins once you place your order. This is why our shipping times are a little longer than usual - each piece is created especially for you.
Returns & exchanges
Every Brahmaki piece is made to order and tailored to you using your height and length preferences - this is our standard procedure for made-to-order items. These pieces are fully eligible for returns and exchanges, and you may return them within 30 days of delivery if you're not completely satisfied.
Pieces that are further customised to your specific measurements (hip, waist, shoulder) are not eligible for returns or exchanges, as they are made uniquely for you.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags and packaging
- Free of perfume, deodorant, or other product traces
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return or exchange, please contact us at order@brahmaki.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
Alternatively, you can visit our Return Center and initiate it yourself.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Custom Measurements
All our pieces are made to order and customised to your height and your preferred length. These pieces are eligible for returns and exchanges, and can be returned for a full refund, free of charge.
If you choose to have us further customise all measurements of your garment (hip, waist, shoulder), the piece is not eligible for returns, exchanges, or a refund, as it becomes a one-of-a-kind product made uniquely for you.
Return Fee
A flat return fee applies to cover the return label, possible customs and duties upon arrival at our office in Sweden, and handling:
- EU orders: Free
- Non-EU orders: €25 flat fee
This fee does not apply if you receive the wrong item or size.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at order@brahmaki.com or on WhatsApp at +31 6 1234 5678. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost - no return fee applies.
