Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel completely at home in your Brahmaki pieces. If something doesn’t feel quite right, you have until January 15 to return your order.
From the moment your order leaves us to the moment it finds its perfect place with you, our wish is that every step feels effortless.
And if you ever need a hand, we’re always here to help.

Initiate a return or exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team at order@brahmaki.com. They'll then help you initiate your return.
Alternatively, you can visit our Return Center and initiate it yourself.
Returns
We offer a full refund if:
- You begin the return before January 15
- The item is in resellable condition
- Our team has approved the return before you send it back
If an item isn’t resellable but still usable, we may offer a partial refund (up to 50%).
Please note:
- Customers cover return shipping, or we can arrange it and simply deduct the cost.
- Please wait for our return confirmation before sending anything back.
- Items made with fully custom measurements are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer free exchanges, including shipping, if:
- You received the wrong size, color,
- Item is defective
If the wrong size was ordered, return and reshipping costs are covered by the customer.
Tailoring, Defects & Quality Assurance
We cover all return expenses if:
- The item has a production or tailoring defect
- The measurements deviate more than 1 inch / 2.5 cm
- You received the wrong item
Please provide photos/videos for documentation.
A full refund will include both the original and return shipping costs if the claim is approved.
Wear and tear or damage from improper care is not covered.
